One contractor, every trade.
Rolloff Industries is a plant and commercial services contractor. Project managers call us because one scope can cover steel, piping, power and life safety without stacking subcontractors.
We staff welders, pipefitters, sprinkler fitters, electricians, fire alarm technicians, suppression technicians, water-based inspectors, fire alarm and suppression inspectors, and the supervisors who run them. Every employee carries a trade title and a credential file — TWIC, OSHA 10 or 30, First Aid and CPR, NFPA and state licenses — verified by a supervisor with expiration dates tracked, so nobody shows up to your gate on an expired card.
Work is run from a written work package. A supervisor reviews your drawings or site plans and builds the step-by-step scope for the trades required, along with the safety guidelines for that specific work. The crew signs the package on site as steps are completed, and the job closes with completion photos and an injury report confirming whether anyone was hurt.
That structure is what lets us work inside operating plants — refineries, chemical plants and manufacturing facilities — through turnarounds, unit outages and night shifts, and then turn around and hand a commercial general contractor an inspection-ready mechanical room.
Multi-trade crews for plant maintenance, turnarounds and commercial build-out.
Tracked TWIC, OSHA and trade credentials verified before dispatch.
Supervised work packages with signed, documented completion.
